We are a friendly and fun-loving ladies a cappella chorus based in Otterbourne, Winchester.
Our style is unaccompanied four-part singing, where three parts harmonise with the melody line.
We sing a mixture of modern ballads and up-tempo numbers as well as some more traditional Barbershop songs, all sung a cappella. Our repertoire is continually renewed to ensure we remain current and fresh, under the guidance of our enthusiastic musical director, Oliver Squibb (ne Downer) (‘Ollie’). We are sure you’ll love our latest songs.
The chorus has a varied programme of concerts and engagements each year including public events & concerts, competitions and private functions.
We currently have around 35 members of all ages and musical experience who come from a wide area including Winchester, Southampton, Chandlers Ford, Romsey, Alresford, Basingstoke, Andover and Salisbury.
We are affiliated to LABBS (the Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers) and we usually compete in their annual National Convention.
